Your role in our powerhouse
Within our team, you will work closely with colleagues on the development of our products. Along with clients, we brainstorm new functionalities that we develop and deliver, strengthening our position as a technological leader. Our team, consisting of experienced developers and DevOps engineers, operates from Hilversum and Enschede, but as a digital company, we also work extensively from home. We are a driven group of coders constantly striving for innovation and improvement, in a flexible work environment that brings out the best in everyone.
What we expect
You want to commit to us for the long term and be part of our collective success. You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level, demonstrated through education or work experience. Experience with frontend development techniques such as HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Twig is a must. Additionally, experience with JavaScript and frameworks such as HTMX, ReactJS, or VueJS is a plus. Experience with PHP is a bonus.
You have a keen eye for UI/UX improvements and know how to translate these into concrete adjustments that optimize the user experience. You are comfortable in an Agile environment and contribute to technical designs.
Independence is crucial, as we work hybrid and colleagues are geographically dispersed. Given our international ambitions, proficiency in English is essential.
Do you want to further develop your skills? We offer opportunities to take on other roles, such as (technical) project leadership or introducing new techniques. If development is your passion, there are also opportunities in that direction.
We provide the space to gain knowledge about the latest technologies and how to implement them with the team. This way, you learn from each other and grow within the team. Our development environment includes Jira, Git, PHPstorm, Docker, and an automated CI/CD pipeline, ensuring an efficient workflow.
What you get in return
A challenging job with a salary between €3,250 and €4,500 gross per month based on 40 hours, with excellent secondary benefits, including a good pension scheme, remote work allowance, and travel expenses. You will have ample opportunities for personal development through training and collaboration with experienced colleagues. Your primary location is Hilversum or Enschede, with the possibility to work from home. We offer an informal working atmosphere with friendly colleagues and a modern office in the heart of Hilversum or Enschede.
