Your role in our powerhouse
As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues on the development of our products. As a DevOps Engineer, you ensure that all infrastructure for software and websites remains robust and can handle traffic effortlessly. You will work from Hilversum or Enschede, but since we are a digital company, remote work is also common. We are a driven group of coders and engineers constantly striving for innovation and improvement, with a flexible work environment that brings out the best in everyone.
What we expect
You have at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, and a minimum of three years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on Infrastructure as Code. You have experience managing Kubernetes clusters and OpenStack/Proxmox infrastructure. You are proficient with IaC via Terraform, setting up WireGuard/Tailscale VPN connections, and CI/CD pipeline tools like DroneCI and ArgoCD. You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
You have a proactive attitude and can work independently, given our hybrid work model and geographically dispersed team. You can quickly analyze and solve problems and collaborate effectively with our Developers and DevOps engineers to continuously improve and optimize our systems.
What you get in return
A challenging job with a salary between €5,250 and €6,950 gross per month based on 40 hours, along with excellent secondary benefits including a good pension scheme, remote work allowance, and travel expenses. You will have ample opportunity for personal development through training and collaboration with experienced colleagues. Your primary location is Hilversum or Enschede, with the possibility to work from home. We offer an informal working atmosphere with friendly colleagues and a modern office in the heart of Hilversum or Enschede.
